Totally smitten with my ensemble. The time spent waiting and the whole process were absolutely worth it. It's just incredible. The attention to detail and quality of work 💯. I’m sure I picked the best option in choosing baychic for my bridal attire..I doubt I would’ve felt as happy with any other choice. The wait did make me a tad anxious at times, I gotta say, but I get it now. Huge thanks!

I placed an order for my wedding lehenga with Bay Chic at the end of October, and let me tell you, it was a nightmare. They assured me it would be ready in 8 weeks, but it took a whopping 14 weeks to finish. They ignored my requests, and the quality of the work was far from perfect. I felt like I was constantly begging them for any kind of service. All I wanted was for them to deliver on time so I could have enough time to shop for jewelry and practice for the big day. My experience was really disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Plus, my blouse was a pre-order, and it seemed like they didn’t bother to read the chats properly. I wasn’t making last-minute changes; I clearly asked for it to be delivered in early January, but they wrapped it up in the first week of February, which really ticked me off. Your fancy words won’t earn you a better rating. You need to learn how to be professional first. I did appreciate your efforts, but the delays and the product quality left me upset, and that’s why you don’t deserve a good rating.

I truly cherish and appreciate Bay Chic! Just a month before my wedding, I found myself in a bit of a bind without my lehenga. Bay Chic stepped up and crafted a stunning piece that was my dream lehenga! They managed to get it done on schedule and made sure it arrived right on time. The team was always quick to respond and super supportive! They provided swatches and sketches, plus we brainstormed ideas together. The embroidery on my lehenga is simply breathtaking, and believe me, it was a challenging design! They delivered on both timing and quality. I’m so grateful to them for this! Honestly, I’m not sure how to kick this off. BayChic is hands down the top online store out there right now! They crafted my outfit in just 10 days and delivered exactly what I requested. I can’t even put into words how beautiful my outfit turned out; it was just right for my wedding. They’re simply the best – you can totally trust them without a second thought.

Bay Chic was incredibly helpful. They shipped me a bunch of material and color samples all the way to the UK, and they were super patient since I was picky about the shades. They had a really fast turnaround for me, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my outfit. Plus, they even sent me video updates of my outfit. I highly recommend them! Thanks a lot, Bay Chic!

There are plenty of phony reviews floating around here. I picked out three outfits based on what others said. Unfortunately, all of them turned out to be a bust. The fabrics and colors were wrong, there were delays of 4-5 months, and the outfits looked way cheaper than what was shown in the pictures. The WhatsApp support team didn’t get my issues sorted out, and it felt like I was dealing with problems every other week. I managed to save one outfit thanks to a local Indian tailor, but it set me back an extra $200 to fix. I can't recommend this Instagram shop. They take your orders and then hire workers afterward. The quality of the work wasn’t even that impressive. Save your money or just ask for a refund!!!!

Today, I received two outfits made by Baychic, and they were exactly what I asked for. I shared some photos and talked about a few tweaks, and they were super accommodating, even offering extra suggestions and advice. They were tailored to my precise measurements, which made me really happy since I didn’t need any alterations. My daughter and I are totally in love with them and can’t recommend their work enough.
